Journeys of Sound and Light: Interactive Self-Awareness Workshop

Journeys of Sound & Light is an interactive self-awareness workshop designed to guide participants through meditation, movement and group healing sounds that activates mind, body and spirit.

This workshop will help develop participant’s self-awareness and heighten one’s perception and relationship to oneself, others and our connection to the Universe.

This experience is an all-age gathering hosted by local artists and teachers Matthew Duplessie, AJ Perez and MiKeshia McPhaul.

Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes and bring something comfortable to sit on such as a yoga mat, pillow or blanket.
